My Phone Won't Power Up / Charge

First of all, don’t panic this has happened to all of us at some point.

When we press the POWER button and nothing happens, this can be due to a number of reasons.

1. Firstly check your battery is not completely run down. Ensure there is power in the battery by connecting to a working mains charger for at least an hour.
2. Try a hard reset. This will allow the device to shut down and boot up again, you can normally find these instructions in user manuals.
3. Try plugging your device into the relevant software to perform a restore of the device; information on updating software can be seen here.

If all of the above fail to revive your device then we could be dealing with a dead battery which can easily be resolved by contacting us.
