About Our Refurbished / Unlocked Phones

All of our second-hand phones are tested through a quality control programme, so you can rest assured that your device will be in good working condition. Each phone will be graded to describe the condition of the phone and will be cosmetically cleaned. 

12-month warranty

Once you have purchased your chosen device, you will be covered with a 12-month warranty, covering parts and labour.

If you do have an issue with your device, then returns and replacements are available.

Your phone will be delivered in a safe and secure package with a USB data lead cable for charging the handset.

When a package is shipped outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes/VAT, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

In exceptional circumstances, for security during transit, your device may be protected with an account lock. This ensures that no unauthorized access to your item can be made whilst on its way to you. Once you receive your order please contact one of our customer service team and they can remove this account simply and quickly for you.
