Our Mobile Phone Handset Grade Descriptions

All of our handsets have been fully inspected, surgically cleaned and rigorously tested through our quality control program to ensure that they are in excellent working condition In terms of the cosmetic condition of the handset, we start by applying our industry knowledge and countless research in order to ascertain what would normally be expected from a handset of the age and model in question. Our Good and Grade C are great examples of what you would expect a used handset to look like based upon the time since launch. These are our best selling and best value for money grades. If you are looking for something which looks cosmetically better than the norm, or are looking to purchase as a gift then we have 2 higher grades; Very Good and Pristine. Clearly the price of our handsets will vary according to their grade, but this system ensures that we have something to suit every budget. Below are a selection of images with a corresponding description, to help you to understand how we apply the condition classification to our handsets.

Brand New

A brand-new device in the original box, sealed never opened, direct from the manufacturer.

Pristine in Open Box

Exceptional condition with no signs of usage and essentially looks brand new. The device will come in its original box with brand new accessories but the box will not be sealed. 

Pristine No Box

Exceptional condition with no signs of usage and essentially looks brand new. The device does NOT come with any accessories or the original box.

Grade A+++ "Like New"

Exceptional condition with almost no signs of usage.
IMPORTANT – These are NOT heavily used devices that have been refurbished with non-genuine parts, they are devices which have had almost no previous use and have been exceptionally well-cared for.

Grade A "Excellent"

Very light, minor signs of usage which may include very small marks or very light scratches which are hardly visible.

Grade B "Very Good"

Moderate signs of wear and tear but overall is in good condition.

Grade C "Good"

Heavily used, the item will have signs of cosmetic wear and tear which may include scratches, scuffs and chips, dents and marks. The screen will NOT be cracked and the LCD & Digitizer will not be damaged, most signs and wear and tear can be hidden with a case and, or screen protector.
