At Second-hand Phones.com we take quality control very seriously and that is why all of our handsets are processed through a stringent quality control process to ensure that the handset you receive is in full working order, in addition all our units are fully data wiped, factory reset and surgically cleaned with an electrical contact cleaning agent prior to sale. We then individually grade the cosmetic condition of every handset to provide our customers with a clear idea of what the handset will look like.

Change Of Mind Returns Policy

At Second-Hand Phones.Com we understand that sometimes our customers change their mind and need to return their handset and that is why we offer a 14 day change of mind returns period, which is extended to 30 days in the rare event that a handset develops a fault through no fault of your own for all of our retail handsets. We understand that some of our customers may need a helping hand when it comes to setting up or activating their new or used Mobile Phone / Smartphone, and that is why we are always happy to help where we can. We are willing and able to advise our customers on the best used Mobile Phone or Smartphone for their requirements. SIM Cards

The majority of our customers already have a SIM card however if you need a new one or wish to change Networks, feel free to order a free SIM card from our site or call through to our Customer Service team, we stock Pay As You Go SIM Cards on all the major networks and best of all they are completely free of charge regardless of whether you purchased your phone from us. Packaging

Whilst we treat all our handsets with the utmost care we know that sometimes things can get damaged in the post and that’s why we send every one of our mobile phones and tablets in our specially designed Airbags in addition to this all our devices are fully insured, for further information please contact our Customer Service team.
