A 320 x 480 capacitive touchscreen display along with its tidy plastic body are what first meets the eye with this phone.

HTC provided users with several options in terms of colours for this particular handset, including:

• Flamenco Red

There’s a front-facing 8MP selfie camera and a 13MP rear-facing option with LED flash function too.

Your internal storage is covered by 4GB to capitalise on, but if that isn’t enough, a microSD card slot is on hand to allow for expandable storage as well.

There’s a headphone port present in the form of a standard jack, and a microUSB port has been fitted for charging purposes.

The operating system inside the Desire C is Android, and the CPU is a 600 MHz Cortex-A5 that’s supported by 512MB RAM for smooth function.

Sensors included on this smartphone are accelerometer and proximity. Lastly, the Desire C gets its power through the removable Li-Ion 1230 mAh battery.
