What do you need help with?
My phone will not switch on?
It is probably because the battery needs charging. Please ensure you have left the handset on a mains charger for a minimum of 6 hours and that the charger is fully functional.

The phone is asking for an unlock code?
Please refer back to the listing and check that you are using the correct Network SIM for the phone. For example, if you have purchased a handset which is locked to Vodafone UK then this is the only Network SIM you will accept. If you need any assistance with this then please call us on 01271 553 553 or 0800 270 7201 for assistance.
How long will the phone take to arrive?
Within the UK we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which means that your order will arrived within 2 - 3 working days. We do have express upgrades available for a small surcharge.
What accessories will I receive?
Please refer to the individual listings as the accessory options available can vary.
Can you send some extra photos?
Due to the volume of stock we carry, it is impossible for us to send out photos and ensure that the same handset is despatched when ordered online. However, our friendly team are happy to pick an item, describe it to you over the phone and to take a telephone payment by credit or debit card. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and are always happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal too. We use secure 3rd party software to ensure the integrity of your payment and NEVER retain customer card details on file.
