What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day change of mind returns policy, in the event you wish to return your handset.


 

How long will the phone take to arrive?

Within the UK we use a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which means your order will arrive within the next 2 - 3 working days. Order before 4pm to qualify for same day dispatch.


 

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and closed Bank Holidays.


 

Do you provide technical support?

Yes we have an experienced team on hand to help with any queries you might have. Please contact us here between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday for assistance.


 

My phone cannot connect to 3G, why?

You probably need to enter the APN settings for your chosen Network. We have full instructions for this within our Technical Help section.
