Mobile Phone Engineers
- Full and part time positions available with flexible working hours including night shifts and weekends.
- Junior / Apprentice positions available with full training provided. An interest or aptitude towards mobile phones and technology is advantageous, as is dextrous ability and being able to work with small components.
- Senior positions require competent and technical ability to test and repair smartphone devices and past experience must be demonstrated.
Customer Service and Sales
At Second-Hand Phones.Com we don’t believe in the ‘Hard Sell’, we feel that our products sell themselves based on quality and value backed up exceptional aftercare and customer service. As a result of this our customer service, and sales team are combined with successful candidates being able to advise and assist customers in a polite and efficient manor.
We retail our products to customers worldwide and as a result, successful candidates will need to demonstrate good telephone skills in addition to be able to attend to customers face to face via our trade counter. Applicants will need to possess a reasonable technical ability as our team are on hand to assist customers with the set-up of their new mobile phone and advise the best product for their requirements. A willingness to learn new systems is essential and full training is provided. We have senior and junior roles available.
The majority of our products are sold via the internet. We use many 3rd Party websites such as ebay and Amazon in addition to our own E-Commerce site and because of the nature of online sales we constantly have to update and refresh all of these platforms in order to remain successful and to that end we are always seeking competent individuals to assist in this area.
In addition to the sales channels we also use a number of software applications to synchronise inventory, stock take and record sales and customer services queries all of which need maintaining and developing.
